Down syndrome is a documented congenital immune system disorder, a contraindication to the MMR, a vaccine now required to receive special education in the state of Washington and across the US. The Health Department provides schools with vaccine requirements for districts to use on their own letterhead to push vaccine compliance threats across their districts.
